素晴らしいマンションのリノベーション工事をさせていただく機会を得た。

現設計は、坂倉建築研究所。

坂倉準三氏は、コルビジェに師事し、日本でも数名の弟子のうちの一人です。

多分、現在も今後も、このような設計の集合住宅はできないと思う。

丘陵地に建てられたマンションは、丘陵地の勾配に従い段々畑のように配置されています。今回のリノベーションさせていただくお部屋はその上層部になります。

このマンションには空中庭園があり（自称）、なかなかのポテンシャルを持ったマンションです。泉北ニュータウンには、戸建ての物件もたくさんあるが、中古マンションも数多くある。

そして、緑が多い環境にありますますので、住環境としても素晴らしい。

最後に、空中庭園。

工事中から、ご主人さんが必死で手入れされてきた庭園。

夕暮れになると、住戸からの光が漏れ、癒しの空間になる。

泉北ニュータウン内で、また１戸、息を吹き返し蘇った。

これから、新しくここでの暮らしが始まり、

ここを舞台に新しい暮らしが展開してゆく。

I had the opportunity to work on the renovation of a wonderful apartment.

The current design is Sakakura Architectural Institute.

Junzo Sakakura studied under Corbusier and is one of his few disciples in Japan.

I don’t think it will be possible to build apartment complexes with this kind of design, either now or in the future.

Condominiums built on hilly land are arranged like terraces following the slope of the hilly land. The room we will be renovating this time will be on the upper floor.

This apartment has a hanging garden (as it calls itself), and has a lot of potential. In Senboku New Town, there are many detached houses, but there are also many used condominiums.

It is also located in an environment with a lot of greenery, making it a great living environment.

Finally, the hanging garden.

The owner has been diligently maintaining the garden since construction was underway.

At dusk, light leaks from the residences, creating a soothing space.

Another house in Senboku New Town has come back to life.

From now on, a new life here begins,

A new life unfolds here.
