冬場の寒さに耐えられなくなり、これまで冬の間だけ移住用にマンションを借りられていたお母さま。

冬でも、夏でも、省エネで快適な暮らしに代わり、

一般的なバリアフリーと温熱のバリアフリーも手に入れたこれからの家です。

Mikita district at the foot of Mitami Shrine in Hino, Minami Ward, Sakai City. The familiar environment that I have lived in. Our clients are two families: a mother and a daughter. On the first floor, there is a main living room, dining room, kitchen, water area, and mother’s room. On the second floor, there is the daughter’s room, toilet, plumbing, and second living room. The upper and lower floors are loosely connected by an atrium, and each floor has its own lifestyle. The mother could no longer bear the cold in winter and had previously been able to rent an apartment only for the winter months. Whether it’s winter or summer, we offer energy-saving and comfortable living options. This is a future home that has general barrier-free access and thermal barrier-free access.
